Welcome to Am’s exercise log!

Starting from September 2018, I’ve made it a point to practise more “nature therapy”, or, as I like to define it, “exercise/movement in the great outdoors”. And by “outdoors” I mean places where one can be close to or surrounded by nature.

Instead of using a treadmill or exercise bike inside a gym, why not go out and actually walk or cycle somewhere instead! Hence the title of this blog: “Get out and move!”

Hopefully I’ll be able to cover all of Singapore’s nature/hiking trails eventually. I’d also like to include more ocean swimming.
